This portrait appears in profile pictures on various platforms. It is even used as an example in communication and art courses! This is Incredible! Many ideas came to me to exploit this picture's true value and benefit from the fallout! Like Anthony, I felt powerless against the internet and the fever around this project. This photo was no longer ours. Resigned, I finally decided to pursue my career as an artist in the shadow of this creation which will undoubtedly be my most tremendous success...

I've spent the last ten years between laughing and crying at each resurgence of this picture. I was clearly not prepared for that. I felt overwhelmed by the power of the internet. I didn't have the time or the energy to fight against a tsunami. Hiring lawyers, initiating proceedings... that wasn't me. It’s time to flip the script and surf the wave instead of fighting back. I firmly believe that restricting usage and chasing licensing rights might no longer be efficient for creatives.
